steam wont let me login. plz help

steam wont let me log in i am using a wnr200v3 Netgear router. when i first downloaded steam it worked and i restarted my pc and now steam wont work.

Doubt you can get any help with this information.

 

1. When steam "worked" did you save the password and username?
2. Did you use the steam verification code that they email you?...did you even get one?
3. Are you are you are entering the correct password and username?
4. When you first logged into steam, were you using the same Netgear router?

A huge steam sale is going on, so everyone is downloading their games, so the servers cuts off sometimes depending on what country you live in

Just let your game load in the background, or change server

if i reinstall steam it works until i turn off my pc. then it says cannot connect to the servers. but when it is plugged in to a Ethernet cable it works
