I bought Spore 5 different times, because I kept moving to new computers or getting viruses and having to wipe my drive, so I would lose the activation code. Finally I realized you don't have to buy the activation code every time if you are... Ahem... Resourceful.

Not a huge mistake but spending £50 on GTA V for Xbox One even though I already had it on PS3. 

 

Tbf though, I have used that game a lot, it just sorta hurts when I think that I spent that much money buying a game I already had...

Went to work for the developer. Got yelled at by console peasants because they bought a console that only allows them to buy from the manufacturer of the console to the point of a nervous breakdown. Now I have more Gold than a pawn shop in a game I'll never play again.
