Hey there Terra,

I would recommend using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for this WD Blue. See if the drive passes both the quick and the extended tests. If it does it should be safe to use. Here's a link: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=wB4vax
According to the Raw values of the S.M.A.R.T. status the drive is healthy and good to go.
Is there something specific that worries you?

I would wipe the Serial Number from the screenshot as you don't want this number to be publicly available. :)

A drive is a mechanical unit that can last a very long time as well as it can fail pretty soon, depending on many conditions such as type of usage and environment. Checking the S.M.A.R.T. status would be a good way of ensuring your drive is still safe to use. I find this article really useful whenever comes to reading the S.M.A.R.T. status: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S.M.A.R.T.
I'd say as long as your drive shows healthy on the S.M.A.R.T. status and passes both the tests on the WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool it should be considered safe to use and good. A backup is always a good idea, though. :)
