Another 680 or get a 780?

The 680 is still a very powerful card, I'd highly advise holding out until AMD releases the 9970 (Hawaii XT), even if you do not end up buying an AMD card chances are they will bring the price of the 780 down considerably.

Need more fps. Would you get another 680 or sell the 680 and get a 780? Why?

Your monitor is 60hz so a 780 is cheaper/enough for you i guess.

single card is better than dual card, also you save some money if you sell your 680 and buy 780.

 Best Answer! Whether its a 2gb version or a 4gb version is the dividing line. But obviously you should just wait for Radeon HD 9XXX!

Such a tough decision! If I sell the 680 ill get like $350 for it, so another $300 for a 780 for less perfomance. Or spend $350 to get another 680 and get better performance.

Well I was going to wait, but yesterday I ran across a post on craigslist where a gentleman won a brand new 780 from a raffle and didn't feel like he needed that much video card, so I offered him $550 and he accepted! Was still in plastic wrap!  :D So excited to receive my midi r2 and water cool this bad boy!

Could I say it better, no their is no way to say it any better. it will prob bring down titans most. stull amd is not a bad chiose over nivida, with all the games with gold, you can wait 2 months and hope they add bf4. personally even i might upgrade if sell a new 7850, wanna buy anyonew. haha jk

Another 680 if you have the 4GB version.

The 680 doesn't take advantage of the 4GB framebuffer, because its bus is too slow.
