Your due to it actually having a GPU although it doesn't state which.. Just says 'ATI Radeon'.

pages dont seem to work for me....

but judging on the comments I doubt they are truelly worth it for good gaming

One has a C2Q with no GPU, other has a quad core Xeon with a GPU.

Both are complete shit for gaming.

Neither have a even moderately good dedicated graphics card, meaning 3d games simply will not run at all.

The one from bestbuy is atrocious, running a cpu from 2007, which by itself is not horrid, but the lack of any sort of graphics acceleration hardware means you cannot game on it.

The one from tigerdirect is the worst though, by far. The fact they don't even list what xeon it is, is troubling, meaning its probably older than the core 2 quad, meaning even with a dedicated graphics unit it still would only just be able to run games, it does has a dedicated graphics card, but its such a low power, and frankly aweful card that it cannot run games at all; it's simply meant to allow you to display a still image on webpages and stuff, since the xeon has no integrated graphics. it means you're not going to be able to game at all on this one too.

Quite plainly, you can pickup both of those systems online for about $60-80, you both got a shit deal.

it has ddr2 ram so that xeon is at LEAST as old as the core 2 quad

Its hard to tell because when the GPU is listed as "ATI Radeon" its impossible to determine what that actually is! The processor in his is a bit faster (they are both Core 2 quads) but then he is on Intel integrated graphics so he isn't going to be playing any games on that at all but equally who knows what the GPU is in yours because its not listed. Unless that ATI Radeon is actually a gamers card you wont get 3D graphics out of either of these machines. If they had time appropriate gaming GPUs then you should be able to play xbox 360 class games on them, something from 2007 should run fine on them but it all hinges on the GPU on yours.

Looking at the pictures of that tiger direct PC, the GPU looks like it's a single-slot card so I have very low hopes for it.  It's most likely only there to display an image since Xeons don't have integrated GPUs.   Both of those PCs are awful for modern purposes.
