I havent had any issues, mine are all broken like that. the rear screw on the case holds it in enough to where it aint goin anywhere unless you try to pull on it. Even then, it probably wont move much.

well all that does is keep the card from sliding out...it has nothing to do with stability or weight like everyone in the topic is saying

 

since you have to screw the card in anyway theres no need for that clip

that can't happen if the slot screws are tight, those pull the card towards the slot.
