750 Ti by far! If you can ruffle up a few more bucks try a GTX 950

Follow the topics you create using the "Follow" button in the top right corner!

One day I will have my GTX 970. One day. PC specs are at my profile.

Not sure how to check what part works with what? Check out my compatibility guide!

Note that r7 370s were bumped down to the r7 line instead of r9, as stated a 750ti or 950 will also do well.

Also check out a refurbished or b-stock 960.

https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42951kr if rebates count in regards to new cards as it is stronger than the 270/370

otherwise buy used, or a 750ti

https://pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-axr73702gbd5ppdhe this could also be fine though it is weaker (than the 950), it is also under 130 without the rebate

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/ Tier Breakdown (My understanding)--1 Godly, 2 Great, 3 Good, 4 Average, 5 Meh, 6 Bad, 7 Awful

no

Under a 130 bucks, a 750 Ti is by far one of the best cards to upgrade crappy office PCs. I have yet to see something of this value.

Are you debating the 750 Ti's performance? Because that's not a debate, nowadays it's not that great compared to other cards, but price/performance is fantastic

As I own a 750Ti, MSI is not the only my model with no PCIE required. I only got mine because of no PCIE power requires since my PSU has none. You can find GTX 770s or HD 7970s and a few more similar GPUs for around $130. 750Ti is meant for 1080p Med settings gaming. Medium settings is for a very well optimized game. You can find probably used R9 270/x's also.

Uhhhh wtf are you talking about, I mean it's not that abnormal but if so amd shot themselves in the foot again by not having those out at the time of their product launch

They clearly have a management problem which is hurting sales potential

On ebay, there are some GTX 770 going for around $100. Though, with a bidding system, who knows what their final prices will be. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_mPrRngCbx=1&_udlo&_udhi=130&_nkw=gtx%20770&rt=nc If only there were websites that had promo/savings codes other than mail-in rebates.

950>370  ;)

Three GTX 950 models on Ebay are going for under $100, though again, the bidding system could make a difference.

How does the R7 370 perform than the 750ti?

R7 370

r9 270s are pretty cheap for the most part

The R9 270 are selling for around $100 on eBay, http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xr9+270.TRS0&_nkw=r9+270&_sacat=0 Though I don't know which one to choose.

750 Ti by far! If you can ruffle up a few more bucks try a GTX 950

I was thinking of getting the 750 Ti. I found this GREAT combo deal for $45 on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX750-Ti-SC-2GB-GDDR5-/231754394069?hash=item35f5a369d5:g:eXIAAOSwFGNWSQoF and this one is pretty good too. http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GeForce-GTX-750Ti-SC-2GB-GDDR5-Graphics-Card-GTX-750-Ti-SC-/191738141917?hash=item2ca47bdcdd:g:r4sAAOSwIwhWR0GZ#viTabs_0 . Otherwise, I could get the Zotac model brand new for $100 on Newegg.

Gahh! So many options to choose from!

370 is better than the 750ti, and some people claim it is better than the 950 but I can't verify that, and that was not the case a couple of weeks ago

But if between a 750ti and a 370 the 370 should win

45 bucks for a CX600 and a ACX 2.0 750 Ti?! HOLY SHIT, I don't care if it's used, as long as it works properly you should definitely buy it. Even if you find another GPU that's better, you can still use the CX600 for a better wattage PSU and the 750 Ti as a test/backup GPU if your primary GPU breaks

Problem is, I already ordered the 500B PSU that's coming this week, so I would have to give either that one or the 600 to someone else. However, like I've said, who knows what the final price will be.
