Best Monitor for £100 - £150

As the question states, what is the best monitor for £100 to £150. It has to quite large and easy on the eyes to prevent eyestrain.

PS; Stupid question... Are 2 monitors bad for your eyes?

There's little reason to go TN when nice IPS panels are within the budget.
