(Canada) Holiday Buyers Guide Showdown!

MRC380

I recently watched the Holiday Buyers Guide video on vessel, and to no surprise the pricing was done using newegg US.

While I understand why they do this (probably most of their fan base is located in US, or something) I think Canada needs some love too!

So in this thread, I think it would be great if the LTT community came together and posted their best PC builds given the budgets in the video ($500, $1000, and $2000)

This way, people who are located in Canada can have a better idea of what to buy seeing as the price gap is HUGE.

This thread may get ignored, as I'm not sure how many of you are from Canada but seeing as how Linus Media group is a Canadian company I think its fair to have a Canadian buyers guide :)

To participate in this thread, simply post your builds in the comments below using Canadian links (CA.pcpartpicker, newegg.ca, ncix.ca, amazon.ca, you get the idea...)

Simply tell us what price category your build is aimed at, and list the parts along with the pcpartpicker link to the build :)

EDIT: If you dont plan on using pcpartpicker to list your parts, simply take a screenshot of your cart to showcase the parts! This option may be more practical as not everyone wishes to use their credit card to purchase parts at different websites

Thanks to everyone who gave up their time to help out us Canadians! Cheers!

I agree, but that doesn't mean canadians should be left out of the picture entirely, wouldnt you say so? Surely it wont perform as good as the US counterpart, but we should still at the very least, try to give them something that offers a decent gaming experience!

If you're not going to contribute to the thread and only bicker about parts you dont like, get lost.

It's not that I just don't like it, but it genuinely performs worse.

So then post a build that outperforms it and help someone make a good buying decission...hence the purpose of this thread. Sure I could put an i3 instead of the 8320, but most people can get by with the 8 core. I'd love to get an i5 in the build, but it costs a heck of a lot more...

A 4460 easily competes with the 8320 and at the same price.
