10" Tablet Which OS?

Thinking of getting a new 10" tablet to replace my 2012 Nexus 7.

 

What I'm trying to find out is which to get, another Android, or try a Windows one.

 

My Nexus 7 with the latest update really slows it down, so I’m wondering if a Windows one would be better.

 

I only use it for storing photos and music and surfing the web.

I personally would use a Windows Tablet but if you do just that then an Android tablet would be just as good (except you have only 2 years of software support) and with Windows you not get free updates on Windows 10.

 

If you do want a windows tablet then I would get a surface 3 (if you can't afford this then cheap Asus ones will be fine as well).

Depends on your budget, you can probably get a better Android tablet for your budget since many cheap windows tablets are very low end atoms with 1gb of ram

Never looked into it more like. Teclast and Onda are two huge tablet brands now and they're pretty reliable.

Ive heard of Onda, but not Teclast, but yeah from looking around they seem well regarded, pretty awesome price for its specs

Dont get either, as I said, most cheap windows tablets are low specced, the ones that ZetZet posted are 100x better if you want Windows

I like you, have never heard off Teclast, so how can you recommend a product you don’t know?

 

The reviews are not good for that tablet, plus I would rather buy from the UK, because returns seem to be a nightmare.

 

It doesn’t matter if it’s a good spec if its not a good tablet.
