Ebay rant 2 (People don't pay for SH*t)

ANewFace

For those of us who live/lived in US Territories, it is frusterating when companies/persons assume the same of us as the area they wish to exclude.

Will FedEx deliver at a normal price to you?  I don't use USPS for most of what I sell because I don't trust them with anything worth more than $100.  I also don't ship to alaska or hawaii for the same reason...I don't want to have to invoice for shipping cost (I set a flat rate), nor do I want to have to eat a $50 shippnig bill if the buyer wants to send the item back and insists I pay for return shipping.

You wouldn't believe how innacurate it would be to try and answer this specifically. It really is annoyingly non-defined. Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

Quick update, so I messaged the guy who has the highest bid, who is from Singapore, and asked if he was a serious buyer, and he claims he never bid on the shoes and has no clue what I'm talking about. So I sent him the link of the listing clearly showing he is the highest bidder, and he says it's not him when it is, cause I clicked the name and messaged the guy who was, so he won't cancel his bid, so unless someone else out bids him, I won't be getting a payment. I'm telling you Asian people (not being racist talking geographically) always trying to scam you.

You can block your items being sold overseas if you have problem with that. Check his account he might be selling similar shit to you and trying to stop you. Just report him and move on

The only times I've ever had to give out a refund was 1, when "someone else" used their account. I hadn't shipped it yet so it wasn't a big deal and I got a positive review. 2, when I forgot to mention that a laptop didn't come with a charger I gave him a $10 refund to buy one. I have 100% positive feedback (128 reviews) since like 2011 or 2012 or something. And yet, eBay restricted me from selling due to a relation to an account I've never heard of. Fuck eBay.

I'm too lazy to make a new account over a VPN and ship from my mom's work or something or use Craigslist so I have laptops just sitting here..
