So the iPad Pro beats out a whole lot of other Apple devices in Geekbench 3

 

Holy Crap Apple! WTF is this? Intel engineers must be shitting their pants right now. This is so embarrassing. WTF did apple do with A9X? It's faster than a f*ing 15w core i5 (i5-5250U) when it has 5w TDP

As good as the iPad Pro may be, that is a wild statement to make. I think if Apple kept engineering at the rate they are and stopped talking shit, they'd definitely become a better company all together.

Geekbench is notoriously havily arm biased. These results are pretty much meaningless. GB can be useful for comparing arm cpus, nothing more.

The thing is, I reckon the only reason it's falling is because people that already own an iPad don't see a point in upgrading every year. Me for example, I've never owned a tablet since I'd have no use for one but I would've definitely went for an iPad.
