why would you make a post without at least trying to turn it off and on again.............

 

you realize thats the only way to fix most problems, right?

Today my pc has been acting up. I was listening to music and every 10-30 seconds it would stutter. Then i when on youtube and it is even worse. I have realized it happens more when i click or do something, but it will randomly do it too. I know it is not the internet.

 

Edit: The sound is the only thing stuttering

what background programs are running?

what is your CPU usage like?

at idle i'm running about 30 - 40% and the biggest thing taking it up is chrome at like 25-30%. OH and it is only the sound stuttering.

Well, do ya know your specs because it might just be to much stuff that pc can handle?

When changing tabs on google chrome

i am not even changing tabs (my school computers just stop working for a few seconds every tab you switch if you have a song on)
