Are Noctua Fans worth it?

So in New Zealand where I live. I can get 

Noctua NF-F12 industrialPPC-2000 IP67 PWM 120mm

for 40 bucks. Or I can get two static pressure corsair fans for my rads is it worth getting these ones?

IMO if you don't mind the colours the regular NF-F12s are your best bet. The Industrial ones are overpriced and those Corsairs are loud af. I know, I made the mistake of buying a two-pack.

The industrial fans are noisy as hell at high RPM... I would avoid using them in a normal PC

I don't think industrial PPC ones would be necessary for a consumer build. Those would be more fitting for a workstation at a machine shop.

Industrial ppc are loud, get their regular fans imo. 

 

You can just slow the iPPC ones down via PWM though, they're just as quiet as the normal ones if you slow them down to to the same 1500rpm.
