Cheap HTPC for 1080p?

Planning on building a simple APU build for a HTPC for gaming at 1080p >>> https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/dlethbridge/saved/#view=WRFnTW

I'm wondering if you guys and gals know if that APU would be sufficient enough for playing games like Call of Duty, Titanfall, Mad Max, and possible GTA V on low settings at 1080p?

Thanks! :D

APU? If you want to go that route buy the most expensive one and hope for the best :P

I'm assuming they've fine tuned BO3 since the beta where it performed decently. Assuming that's what OP means by CoD

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
