is not okay

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

It is for video editing and the budget is what it is

The ASUS Deluxe is a premium motherboard that comes with a premium price tag.

I would change that to a different and cheaper board (my recommendation is the ASRock Extreme 4)

That way you could either get more RAM or a better graphics card like an R9 390X.

I also think spending all your money on an expensive AIO CPU cooler and an overpriced keyboard is worth it. You could get quite a lot more performance for the same price. And also where is your storage?

Good to see the AsRock Extreme 4. It's a great board for its price.

But please take the RAM out and put 2x 8GB sticks in there.

Also the AIO is not worth the money on a "lower" budget. Same goes for the keyboard.

The fans are terrible.

Windows 10 / 8 / 7 is available usually on eBay or afaik also on Reddit for a much lower price.

I kinda was lazy and just made the edits other people were saying as pcpp is terribly slow for me and i'm not the patient kind of person...

and what is the advantage of 970 from a 390x?

The 390x is superior to the 970 and is more comparable to a 980 but you said you needed to have CUDA and AMD graphics cards don't have CUDA.

It's a good build, a little overkill on the processor and motherboard IMO. If you're going with a 970 I'd suggest something a little lower end. Unless you're editing, but I assume not.
