building my first PC for around £800.00 and was wondering if this config wld work fine.

 

Motherboard: GigaByte GA-B85M-D3H
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4570
GPU: Sapphire Dual-X Radeon R9 270X
RAM: G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB SATA
SSD: Corsair CSSD-F60GBLS
PSU: Corsair gs700
 
Pretty sure thats everything.

Where are you going to put it in? You can assemble it and it will work, but putting it in a case might be a good idea :P

 

Get a cheaper psu, 500w is enough, but get a decent one. And get a better ssd, like a 850 evo 128gb or something. BX100 is also a good option.

128Gb is only a couple of pounds more expensive and really worth it.

It should work.

You're overspending on the psu . Get a cheaper 500w psu and it should be fine and upgrade to like an r9 280 or 380.

 

Also you probably want a case to go with your build , just saying.

R9 390, i5-4460 (same performance as the one you listed,) got a CPU cooler, has a case, better SSD, better PSU, better HDD, better motherboard.
