Your i5 will even handle it well. No need to get a i7 unless you do video editing or streaming.

Im planning on streaming thats why i wanted the gpu so when i stream i get most fps possible

And i also do youtube :) CSGO edits and other videos

some programs say this, not his fault :) idk why, could you/someone explain?

DDR means

Double Data Rate, so it gives you the number, ex) 800MHz and you double that (hence double data) to get 1600MHz

No-no

DDR3 RAM was NOT made at 800MHz

I'm telling you its 1600MHz. You did not double it like the RAM speed should, again, Hence its name Double Data Rate. The program didn't double it. 800MHz is impossible,  DDR2 and lower supports 800MHz but NOT DDR3.

DDR3 RAM @ 800MHz Does NOT exist.
