motherboard (detailed help)

Hello,i am trying to build a pc ,ive decided for 16gb ddr4 and two 512gb nvme gen 3  and a hdd 512gb(one for os,one for premier pro files,hdd for multimedia) im going for i3 12100 rn but later ill be upgrading to i5 13400(10core 20thread) after 6-8monthsor a  year and maybe to the i5 14400 cpu after 3 or 4 years.my main usage is video editing 4k files of 15-30mins only (the i3 12100 i will edit using proxies and or 1/16 resolution and the rendering will be fast enough i think) for some time ill adjust.i wanted to know of a motherboard that supports the i3 12100 but will support the 13400 too and like theres this something about vrms getting hot of motherboards and stuff idk about.but the main problem is price,in pakistan the prices are way to high due to taxes so i could get a asus b760m k ddr4 or for 10% increase in price a gb b760m ds3h ddr4 and the asus prime b760m a ddr4 for 20% more than b760m k .the msi pro b660 a ddr4 is like 40% greater than the gb ds3h which is already expenisve?so do i really need the b660m a or will ds3h do fine or the b760m a?also going for a gtx 1060 3gb.

umm yeah for os and premier files the wd 512 nvme would be more than enough (read write speeds upto 3300) also i just need the hdd for movies or video files etc or maybe anime only.could go for a 1tb hdd too though but its still more than enough for me.

Thats a lot of small upgrades. I'd really try to get that i5 now, and 14th gen isn't worth th eupgrade.

Also the 13400 is a 10 core 16 thread cpu.

Whats the whole build here? Total budget?

I'd

could get a asus b760m k ddr4 or for 10% increase in price a gb b760m ds3h ddr4 and the asus prime b760m a ddr4 for 20% more than b760m k .the msi pro b660 a ddr4 is like 40% greater than the gb ds3h which is already expenisve?so do i really need the b660m a or will ds3h do fine or the b760m a?

All of these i5s are pretty low power, so any should be fine here. They limit to 65w for sustained loads, and basically any board can handle 65w forever.

oh really ty so i can go for the asus b760m k d4 or even an msi pro h610m e for the i5 13400?also the total budget is really complex due to differmt taxes here so ill just explain the build with posibble components(u could recommend similar too)

1.motherboard ->msi pro h610m-e(cheapest) , asus b760m-k d4(10% more than h610), gb b760m ds3h(20% more thsn h610) ,asus prime b760m a ddr4 (same as gb ds3h)

2. -> 2x512 wd sn 570 and 1 hdd (any brand)

3.  2x8 gb corsair vengeance ram

4.psu ->xpg pylon 650w 80 plus bronze (1 year warranty)

5.local rgb case with fans

6. processor -> i3 12100 ,later i5 13400/13500(sorry this is 14c/20t) ,very later i5 14400 or i5 13600k

I'd skip RGB here since budget is tight.

Skip the upgrades. Just get the i5 now. Your wasting a lot of money doing these small CPU upgrades.

What gpu are you getting here? What is the cost breakdown of the different parts?

i see,im getting the gtx 1060 6gb also as i said for storage i just need to edit 4k videos of about 15-30mins max.Also the cost for an 1tb ssd is 3x more than the cost for 512 so i just went with two ssds.hmm i could get the i5 13500 and skip rgb as but the main thing is the motherboard,so can the msi pro h610m-e handle the i5 13500?if yes then ill use the money saved on the i5 13500.
