I'm running a 3770K, a Maximus V Formula, a 6870 and a Phoebus sound card. I'm planning on watercooling so I want to go for 2 cards because it looks better. I picked up two 7950 card really cheap from ebay, but I currently have a AX650 powering my system.

How much wattage do I need? Do fans make a big enough difference? (I'll use around at the very least 10 low rpm fans). I would like some overclocking headroom.

If it matters: 2 SSDs, 2 2.5" HDDs, 1 HDD 5400rpm

It seems that the best PSU calculators are in maintenance, so that got me to ask here.

Thanks

A decent 750w will do.

750w-800w, you could go 850-900 if you wanted some power to spare :)

Well a AX650 may almost do it. Most people get too bigger PSUs.

Edit: OK go with 750-850 watts. You need more that 650w.

I'd start off at a 750w, but generally speaking you'd want something from 750-850w.
