Project: Golden Oldie

Rale

well that's certainly different, I think though I would have to actually see it on a case to see what I think about it.

Not sure if that would look good in a military theme case, might be interesting in a build with copper in the colour scheme. Can't wait to see more :D.

After some deliberation i went out to the shop and did a little bit of painting on the case.

g8rr.jpg

^ Panels put on

aklu.jpg

^ Little liquid courage to start painting camo and ruin my nice clean paint job.

3cgf.jpg

^ Back side panel

sbyq.jpg

^ Front side panel

8dim.jpg

^ Inside is going to need to be sprayed black again..

rzwc.jpg

^ 120mm fan for the back of the case and an old dell psu i'm thinking about using.

So for the camo job it pretty much looks like shit atm, but its only about 1/2 done.  I have some netting and some tall weeds i can find around the shop that i'm going to use as masks and paint it back sand.  So the only thing u'll see is liek a snake scale pattern thats kinda multicam and some shadows of brush/ weeds.   At least thats the plan...

^ Psu grill cover

^ Back fan put in and running the 20 pin power

l63d.jpg

^ Cards in, the bottom is not dusty its just overspray and i ran out of black :/

^ Back

gpij.jpg

^ Test fitting the front fans, still need to paint the screws sand.

Starting to come together, need to get some zip ties to make that mobo power cable look better.  Also need to find some 3 pin to molex to power the front fans.

Holy crap, how did I not know about this?! Right, hospital. :(

Guns and PCs are basically two of my favorite things, and this even has

nostalgia going on, holy crap this is the trinity! :D

On another note: I really need to get myself a 1911 when I get on my financial

feet again, it's been way too long since I bought a gun, and they are just

awesome IMO.
