I would be if I upgraded but I still on 7 until at least Jan 2016, though the only problem with the new start menu is the search feature being retarded and the ads which I think you can block. This is assuming that startisback fixes the search function otherwise why bother.

I like the new start menu because it has tiles, I just whished the all programs thing wasn't so bad.

Sure, I wouldn't be using it if I didn't like it.

I just can't get used to the whole Tile system, so I'm sticking to my guns and using a combination of the Windows 7 and Windows XP Start Menues.

I'm using Start 10 instead. Gives you the Windows 7 menu back with a bit of a modern twist. 

The new start menu is still terrible, in my opinion.
