MSI b550 tomahawk max wifi boot issue

Hi I am doing my very first pc build and I am running into an issue and not sure what else to do. The motherboard CPU debug light stays on when I try to first boot my pc and no display goes out. All the fans turn on and so do the RGB lights under the chipset on the motherboard. I have put the CPU GPU and RAM back in my old pc to make sure I didn't damage anything in the switch over and it all worked fine so I'm not sure if it's just a dead motherboard or if there is something else I can try.

 

What I have tried

Resetting the CPU

Flashing the bios 

Resetting all the power cords

Resetting the ram and graphics card

Clearing CMOS

What CPU? Has the bios been flashed?

Ryzen 5 5600x and yeah I flashed the bios still no change

I have a Ryzen 5 5600x and yeah I flashed the latest bios still the same issue
