Should I get a custom controller for pc?

Im thinking of getting a custom controller from the Controller shop. Is it worth it I want to treat myself for the new pc

I've had pretty shitty experiences with custom controllers.

 

bought a 200$ controller from a very reputable shop, and for the first three months or so, it was amazing. But pretty soon the paint started to wear off and expose the white plastic underneath. A lot of these guys just paint white/black bodies, meaning eventually the paint will come off, and leave you with a rather unappealing item. Other than that though I love the controller, its clean, has purple led's because purple bae, and w/e.

 

TLDR: If your'e fine with quality control issues, go for it. If not, reconsider.

ok noted. but i wont be using it extensively. i just want it to look good and be usuable. because i hate the way the ms ones look

Isn't the point of a swaggin controller to show it off? Unless you also use it for console gaming and stuff I don't think it would be worth it if you are just sitting in your room by yourself.

why would it be to show off. its a controller for me to use so it feels good

If it is the looks then why not consider Dbrand? I've yet try on my controls but I do have on my phone.

I have to admit that's partly true, At the time I had my custom I was going from local event to local event, tearing it up on CoD. Yes... im sad to say i was one of those guys... I got better though, the only fps i play now is csgo

if you don't like them..then you won't like any other controllers....they are basically the defactor standard for controllers

 

there is the xbox pro controller..but thats stupidly expensive

also...you can use a ps4 controller on pc...but windows doesn't natively have the drivers..and games need editing to work properly with it

I highly recommend the Xbox One Elite Controller.

It looks extremely good and it seems like it will last you a long time (package it ships in is twice as heavy compared to the normal controllers.) It has more metal in it)

yeah it looks good but getting a custom controller is cheaper than that
