Fx 8350 with MSI 970 Gaming?

also if it isn't really good the combo would a MSI 990FXA Gaming work or a other mobo?

 

(Would it get throttles and stuff heat issues in general)

The cheapest you should go with that CPU is the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P, however I recommend getting an ASRock Fatal1ty 970, it's very good for its price and fits an 8350.

To make it clear i already own all the part and have the pc working for already a full year but my mobo is over heating evertime i play a intensive game for instance battlefield 4, dying light thats why i want to get a new mobo so it doesn't overheat.

i am also planning for a AIO

You can overclock on the ASRock Fatal1ty 970 motherboard, it's even able to support FX-9 series CPUs so it'll be more than enough for your 8350

I think ASRock is better maybe but I would not put a FX-9590 in it...

 

I only had the MSI board but from the "looks" of things the ASRock board seems more OC ready!

But again...dial in your overclock better, reduce voltages a bit and stay on your board and save money for a proper platform upgrade instead... the 100$+ you'll spend on this board is not worth the extra 200 or 300mhz you *MIGHT* be able to achieve (assuming your FX chip is even decent) save that money and when you have some more sell CPU and board as a kit online and buy proper gaming gear is my honest suggestion.

Well if you wanna cross-fire then sure but the ASRock one does not have that feature?

Yes but i can't hold this board since it really doesn't play nice with my fx 8350 i can't play games normally  with this board

Base clock: 200mhz

Auto AMD turbo shit: OFF

This should run, it should work, it should not overheat or trottle and it will be 95%+ of the BEST you could get with an amazing board and CPU cooling.

Alright I can see a multiplier but if I set it to 21x it over clocks to 4,2 ghz instead of the standard 20x 4,0 ghz

indeed the settings i proposed where for 4.2ghz i assume it should be stable with 1.325v if it's not then try 20x200 and see if it's better...keep voltage bellow 1.34v or so and your motherboard should have no issues handling it.
