Bugfield

Im going to buy either two ASUS strix 390s or two MSI 390s. It is just the look i care about because the overclocking

if i recall asus isnt all that great on the amd side usually.

i'm gonna suggest getting MSI out of those two. i've recommended a few friends MSI cards, and they seem to be very happy with them.

Definiely MSI. Don't support a lazy company that uses the same cooler design from their Nvidia cards to their AMD ones.

NEVER TOUCH ASUS WHEN BUYING AMD CARDS.

JUST   DONT   DO  IT!!!

Their coolers, and sometimes the card itself, has been reported having plenty of issues. The cooler simply being too weak, the use coolers designed for Nvidia cards, which isnt nearly as hot. Thus Asus cards tend to overheat/throttle A LOT.

MSI or Sapphire is the most solid choices

Im not going with sapphire tho. They seem to have bad overclocking and having no backplate is strange these days

Sapphire 390 has 2 version - 1 with and 1 without a backplate. As for OCing - can't comment there but they run cooler than the rest.

So all people above give you some good advice but I want to add one::: Please using a BIG motherboard if you want to CFX R9 390.... If you don't use watercooler, it will extremely hot when the PCI/e lines on mobo are close to each other

And there's another... MSI's 390 series cards are very thick... So consider this
