Vessel is terrible!

HectiKCookiE

i just got soo sick of vessel buffering every 3 minutes and had to say somthing! my internet speed is 25mb - 5mb i can stream YouTube in 4k no probs but vessel struggles in even 720p. it wouldn't bother me but i pay for it and if you make people pay for the service you should at least have server capable of streaming at an acceptable speed. its soo damn annoying

Really? I have similar speeds and get zero issues, I can watch Vessel in 1080p no problems.

I would say that it's on your end, I've used it on similar and slower connections and it performs just fine. I would blame your ISP and your location rather than Vessel, well know Australia is shit for internet usage. Also Youtube 4k isn't real 4k.

I dont use it but I'm going to have a guess that they dont have an Australian cache server.

when i used it for the 30 min's when linus said he was going to use it, the buffering was abysmal

edit: just checked on an unlocked vessel video @ 720p its still crap

Its all about those volumetric clouds
