The Android SDK includes an emulator.

Or if you just want to play some games use BlueStacks.

I would suggest running Androidx86 in a VM like the user above, but the android SDK and bluestacks are both good.

Genymotion has a AWESOME emulator that will emulate actual phones so shit works right.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Why?

Android emulators aren't against COC, anybody can build a Android emulator as the license Android it is under allows. Which is the Apache 2.0 license, hell Visual Studio has a crappy Android emulator build in these days. Just because something is an emulator doesn't mean breaks COC. Only programs that emulate closed licensed things, such as a PS2 or GBA emulator. Where a proprietary license is used and isn't legally allowed to be reproduced on a hardware or software level. Generally though, companies don't care on their old products. They do get a little bitchy though when you distribute games they still make profit on, such as things on the Wii U virtual console. In short.. Android emulators aren't against COC, as it is in no way illegal or promoting piracy. (Unless you are referring to Clash of Clans, if you are though you should be aware that on this forum when someone refers to COC it generally means the Code of Conduct.)

Serious? Hanging on mistype or really ever heard of it?

Well, was fixed at the time I saw you comment Mr. Wise Guy.

That's because the OP fixed it shortly after I pointed it out.
