Jesus please don't create a thread for every single question.

As for the topic, the 290X and the 390X perform nearly identically clock for clock, if you downclock the 390X to the 290X values you get the same FPS or 1 fps difference at best.

Provided you get a better 290X with a better memory from Hynix and not Elpida you can achieve or even surpass a 390X values (mine can do that for example) so you get a 390X for a price of a 390 right now. It is a very hot card though, look for a design with 3 fans. Sapphire preferably.

BF4, gta V, etc... all at 4k. im gonna crossfire them :P

 

Oh CF? Then you might wanna consider the 390x instead. Also if you want to water cool them, choose those with reference pcbs.

Ever considered the 980 TI?

i did at first, but i've read severa; places that the fury x outscales in CF than the TI in sli... plus i planned on water cooling so i save a couple hundred there :P
