I would recommend CX power supplies over in-case PSUs.

"Case with free fuse included" is how you should read into cases with included power supplies. Just get a Corsair CX430 and cheap case if it's for a really simple system.

Well if it's a no GPU system or one with low heat output components then it's probably fine but it's worlds better than a case power supply combo unit...
