I usually watch all my content in highest available quality because I have no data cap but I would say 480 no less unless it's some historical thing or from the Middle East or something like that

720p on my iPhone all the time, on computer is also 720p. 720p is ideal for me because the video is clear unless I full screen on computer and the sound quality is at it highest. I will go down as low as 144p because it's google hangout.

i can't even play 480p 240 for me. 144p is just too blury.

480p personally, use 720p if its there.

Any lower is just...ugh

i have a really slow internet (upgrading soon when my plan is over) so 144p or 240p, i get a bit better speed on Sunday so i go 360p

I can watch in 480p on youtube as long as it's not gameplay which I prefer in 720p+.  I also massively prefer watching TV and movies in 1080p.

i alwase watch vids in 320p unless i there are some thiny details in the vid then i will change to 1080p

240p because I got used to it because I have unstable internet..

I'm paying for 30Mb/s down and I get 14 in a good day and 0.1 in a bad day...

So some times I'm watching in 1080p and some days I watch in 240p and when this is too slow for 240p I just don't watch
