Didn't know much about the EVGA PSU's except they're generally better than most PSU's in their price range.

True for their B2, GS, G2, PS, P2 and T2 PSUs. They're very good units, OEM from SuperFlower and Seasonic. Their NEX units are from lower quality FSP units (not that FSP are always bad), with the exception of 1 or 2 units.

Better off going with an i5 4460 and H81 board. You don't need 16GB of RAM, 8GB is fine. Swap out the WD Black to a Seagate Barracuda to save money. 750W PSU isn't needed, 600W is enough. That's also a very expensive case if you're wanting to prioritise performance.
