So Ducky LEDs aren't working on a few keys

So the Caps lock, Scroll Lock, F2, F3, F4, F6, F7, and F8 keys do not light up.

And it's not because it's in demo mode, already checked that and even tried manually selecting each key to turn on.

I don't really wanna send it in since it's not TOO bad, but if anyone knows an easy fix for a novice with this sort of stuff, let me know.

Try inserting it into another pc.

It is a brand new kb? Might be a broken one.

try pulling the keycaps off and press on the LEDs and see if they change. Might be a cold solder joint.

Press fn+F9.

Caps lock and scroll lock LEDs turn on when the lock is on.

ie. Your keyboard isn't broken, I thought the same when I first got mine.

LEDs in keyboards are known to break. I would at the very least send Ducky an email and see what they say about it. It might behoove you to send the board in, but YMMV.

I think Langdon might be right tho, checked the Linus review and it had the same thing. I'll give it a go when I get home.


EDIT: Yep, he nailed it, that's so weird for them to not just be on when it''s plugged in. Oh well.
