Xbox one release delayed in a couple of countries.

The launch of the Xbox one will be delayed in a couple of countries, the console will only be relased this november in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germay, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Spain, UK, US and New Zealand.

The countries where the launch is delayed to "as soon as possible" in 2014 are Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland.

As compensation the people that already have pre-ordered their Xbox one and live in the countries with the delay receive a pack-in game with their console. Right... Quite a silly compensation if you ask me! There will be probabaly a lot of sad people during christmas. Thanks microsoft!  :angry:

I think this news story broke a couple of months ago. Anyway... It's one more reason not to buy a console. Hopefully people in those countries have some common sense and build themselves a pc.

EU isn't a strong market for Xbox. Playstation dominates here so it's all good.

At E3, we announced that Xbox One would be available in 21 markets around the world at launch. This was an aggressive goal and the team has been working very hard to deliver Xbox One to as many markets as possible.
