If we had some idea on what games you would be playing on Ultra that would be nice. Also what fame rate are you looking for 30 or 60.

playing all games at ultra and high FPS might be pretty hard on that budget.

anyway, are you okay with second hand components?

This build is pretty good. Can't complain about anything. Very good performance also.

i need a gaming pc as cheap as possible

for playing all games at ultra dont mention the screen the budget is 845 us dollars

This is the wrong section. Also, "cheap as possible" and "all games at ultra" don't work together. You either get one, or the other.

If you are looking for the cheapest possible gaming PC's, then this guide from @Sauron will help: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/298009-console-alternatives-d-my-edition-updated-sep-23-2015/

If you are looking for a PC to max all games on ultra, you won't do that for $845. Not unless you are fully content with 1080p gaming and going no higher.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H DDR3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($75.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 390X 8GB Video Card  ($399.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $865.64
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

$20 over budget, but it will last the longest. Skylake CPU, 390x, 16GB of memory. Should handle whatever you throw at it, as long as you do not expect to play at 4k.

My (incomplete) memory overclocking guide:

In case nobody else has mentioned it, this is not exactly the correct section. Try the "New Builds and Planning" section of the LTT forums: http://linustechtips.com/main/forum/18-new-builds-and-planning/; this portion is supposed to be for tech news
