Phanteks Enthoo Primo is your best bet.

Take a look at the Fractal Design Define S. I don't think it's that expensive, and it fits 360/420mm rads in the top and front.

Although, don't quote me on that, check the official specs on Fractal's website.

Don't care about colors, Only care about watercooling space. USB 3 headers will be nice and a fan controller doesn't matter to me.

3x 360 radiator support is not common, case will be starting at corsair 900D.

afterwards, the caselabs cases $500+

 

the enthoo primo can use 2x 480 and 1x 240, otherwise the 900D 2x 480, 1x 360

and 1x 240 (can be tight).
