Replace all that text to -Xmx8G -Xmn2G

all you need is xmx

xmn in useless

theres no point in setting a minimum limit

ok that -Xmn2G is valid, but the -Xmx8G is super overkill, i never use more than 2G of ram xD

I would have it that high, so when the extremely badly optimized version 1.9 comes out , minecraft will run!

i will wait for optifine, because i want all dem nice sliders maxed out :D

After Mojang was sold, I went from having max settings on my laptop @60FPS+ to mid setting @45FPS and horrible lag spikes.

I gave up on minecraft for that one reason!

Did that. 4gigs

Playing on client. I did reinstall MC, but I don't thinks upgrading my PC would do anything.

Allocate more ram like this:

Allocated 4gigs

I think that Minecraft 1.8.8 is a dog when it comes to resource usage, the code is terrible and there's a huge amount of temporary entities in the game (you can see in the F3 tab under 'Allocated memory usage' IIRC).

There have been many modders give up trying to mod 1.8.8 because it's so bloated and inefficient.

Reinstalled Java 8 to java 7(heard that works better for minecraft)
