Which of these CPU's for this motherboard?

Looking for some advise on the topic, I do not know how to overclock but I might learn in the future.

motherboard doesn't exist apparently.

 

but, If it's Z series and for a gaming PC, i5 (+ I'd recommend a $50AUD cooler if you can, for you Americans that's basically a 212 Evo over here)

 

If it's not one of the above then the Xeon.

 

Edit: since it's H series you wont get the potential to OC the i5 (well) so the Xeon has an easy win here.

I'd go for the Xeon, regardless of the board. For only $20 more, you get a CPU that will do a fair bit better in things like editing and rendering, while doing about the same in games. The i5 will be slightly faster in games, but it shouldn't be anything noticeable.

Don't get a 4690k with H97, go with Xeon.
