Cant tell the difference between YouTube 480p and 720p

babadoctor

I can clearly see a difference between 360p, 144p vs 480p its very clearly different. But when i compare 480 to 720 or 1080 on my macbook pro 13 inch 2011 i cant see squat difference. Now this is probably only me but does anyone feel the same way?

this is a video i noticed it on

YES I KNOW THERE IS A DIFFERENCE

i just cant notice it

OFF TOPIC: I suggest every poll from now on to have "**CK EA" option instead of "Other"

Look closer, you can definitely see more pixels on the 720P option. It's clearer.

maybe because you're not viewing video in full screen? the small area of embed frame is too small to rectify that.

in full screen (13 inches) i see no difference...

am i going blind...

So... your laptop is struggling to go to fullscreen in youtube?

What have you done to it? I mean, sure, Mac, but even that shouldn't stop it...

if you have the "auto" option turned on in resolution, it seems to change based on your internet connection. in my case i cant really tell the difference between any of them.
