download Direct X from microsoft

 

realtek audio from realtak.com

Graphics card is what usually inexplicably kills FPS. I was getting 10 in Terraria with SLI GTX 780 when I had the wrong drivers. After installing the correct ones for my OS (I did from nVidia site, you can use GFE), I was back to a comfy 144.

What I meant to say is that it is not possible for you to have plugged the video output into the wrong place.

How to check CPU usage:

Play game-->tab out-->press ctrl+alt+delete-->open taskmanager-->go to the "performance" tab-->What is CPU usage and RAM usage?

How to check temps (temperatures)

Download MSI afterburner (http://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner)-->Open it-->Play game-->Tab out-->Look at CPU and GPU temperatures aswell as GPU usage.

In your case, every driver for mobo, GPU and every peripheral you use. To be sure as you seem new to this.

As for usage and temps, get MSI Afterburnder, open graph in large window and go gaming. Afterwards check how graphs show temps and usage during your game session. Mark down highest temps and report back. Usage is just to see if GPU is performing right.

I did a demo playback just and was at 60-80FPS... on my sig rig... weird, will try out a game later to see what's up, i don't even run with graphics settings turned up.

Things I would Check -

 

CPU Temp and GPU Temp. Make sure they arent running high.

 

Drivers - Make sure Graphics card and motherboard drivers are up to date

 

Game - Maybe Uninstall and delete all CSGO files. Then download the game again.

 

Background - Run CCleaner and Maybe AVAST or something. Make sure your system is running nice.

 

Card - Make sure all power connectors are connected to the video card and motherboard

 

Internet - Make sure your not downloading torrents or running other applications in the background.

 

Also how do other games run? Do they have any issues? If not, re-install of CSGO might be the best thing.

Well CSGO is fine FPS wise here, i am hitting 300FPS cap, mostly around 190-250 though.
