Hey there. CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB x2
Case: Corsair 500R White ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CSM 750W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer

I'm considering swapping out the two 270x's for a 390x/290x, is that the best way to go? I want to keep it AMD and the Fury X isn't an option for me.

390X

Xfire doesn't scale extremely well, especially on lower end cards.

Yeah, that's what I was unsure about. Perhaps it would be best to save up and just get the next-gen AMD cards when they come out?

I think that's up to how much of a rush you are in for an upgrade.
