Get an NZXT S340, or one of Fractals ultra cheap Core series*can't say I'm in love with them either*  but the S340 is like Lord GabeN shit out a budget friendly rainbow, and the S340 was what was at the end of it.

Oh update!  I just took a shit, it turns out it works better than th 9.99$ case.  It also looks better with the all brown glossy finish, and the small accents placed all through out.

Funny story, I did do that before. It was a temporary case because Amazon ran out of S340s. It was only in there for a day.

Nothing wrong with cheaping out on the case when you're on a tight budget. But if you're not, then you should buy a really nice case from the beginning, since you can use a good case for multiple builds. And if you buy a cheap case you're almost certainly going to eventually want to upgrade to something nice anyways.

Noctis 450, or the H440

 

I can't say I'm a fan of the H440, but the Noctis 450 looks like it has fixed a lot of the H440's shortcomings: e.g., adding that mesh area to the front intake, adding that mesh area to the top exhaust, and getting rid of that sound dampening foam that makes closing the non-window side panel such a bitch. I'd imagine the Noctis 450 does a lot better with top mounted radiators than the H440 does thanks to that top mesh. I'm not a huge fan of that angled stealth fighter looking design, but I know lots of others are since their Phantom cases sell so well.

One of Raidmax's better cases for the price. People see the name Raidmax and assume it must be bad, yet I doubt they actually looked at the specs of the case. Tell me if you can find something better for $10.
