Have a quick question. On my 980 Ti  on start up I have to always go into OC Guru to turn fans on. Is there a way for me to have OC Guru open on Windows startup? or a way to have the fans always spin on startup?

... because your gpu turns off its fans when theres no load, or because the card just doesnt use its fans at all?
