This is California right? Has it rained their yet, as last I checked water levels were still bone dry but that was over a month ago

From this data I'd say it hasn't rain more than a sprinkle for the month on average, I'm glad I am not there right now, at least el nino is likely this year but that may just create landslides due to the dryness of the soil. Hopefully it works out for them soon
