No. No voltage increase is the best overclock and really doesnt put any extra stress on components. When OCing just dont go over the max recommended, BY OCERS, for voltage you will be just fine. Oh and have good cooling.

Can overclocking without increasing the voltage cause shorter life span for the components, specifically graphics cards? Thanks

what kills the card are temps are excessive voltage. If it runs cool and the voltage isn't too high you're fine.
