makes sense to me. You have a right triangle, with a base of 180ft. Angle opposite the base is 22 degrees, angle adjacent to the base is 7 degrees.

@Enderman had it right, it is 94.8 ft

180*tan(7°) + 180*tan(22°) should be your answer in feet. This is because you get the lower part of the tree with a 7° angle from your window and the remaining part with a 22° angle; the distance of both parts is 180 feet from you. It's just two triangles on top of each other. That's the way I understand it anyway.
