Why Do They All Suck?!

Guest

Why do most if not all major brand names such as Razer, Corsair etc mouses suck? I currently have the corsair M65, its good but the scroll wheel has mood swings (doesn't work the way it should akk: its broken). I've had many razer mouses over the past several years, the longest I have kept one without breaking max must be 6 to 8 months.

Anyhow, is there any mouse you can highly recommend which you have used for longer than 2 years without breaking or being on the verge of breaking? Preferably a gaming oriented mouse with the ability to set a high DPI setting.

Because there are other brands like Zowie, Logitech and Steelseries?

You shouldn't really expect much from Razer besides some mice like the Naga and Deathadder

Edit: Forgot Mionix and Roccat

Huh. I have been using a Corsair M95 for a bit over two years now without a single complaint.

Bad luck perhaps.

Scroll wheels are the bane of all my mice as well... from Logitech, to Saitek, to Roccat. they all stopped doing the middle click. Im currently using the Roccat Kova+ reprogrammed to use a button on its right side as middle click...

Well my Microsoft Optical mouse is still working, after 13 years..

Not really gaming centered or any DPI settings though

Some of Razer's more fancy looking mice are pretty weak, but I have a Razer Naga 2012 and it's been very solid. As long as a majority of it is a single piece of plastic, it shouldn't be an issue unless you are mistreating the mouse.

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.

I own a Razer mouse. Hate it. The cheap plastic they use, the lack of custom LEDs for the mouse, it's set to kindda go,off and on and I can't change it. Everything, where the Macrombuttons are, positioned. Corsair I haven't tried so can't say much.

Wish I would,of researched more... Can't wait until I get rid of these, Mionix Castor here I come. ( also as mentioned above Mionix, Zowie, ect makes much better mice )

I have the Tt Level10M (Black)

Bought it week one from its release.

Still going strong, not a sign of wear n tear at all (not even where I click my mouse fingers)

For my every day mouse I use the Logitech MX Performance, used this model since 2007 (Buy new version every 2 years) and never had any issues.

For gaming I use a Razer Naga 2015, first time I've had a Razer mouse, I use it most days for a few hours and its still going with no issues

My cooler master mouse happily lasted a good while, about 4-5 years :)

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?
