450$ first ever build, pls help

so this is going to be my first ever desktop computer, (all the other computers in my house are either macs, or windows laptops.... i know it sucks)
I have a budget of 450$. I am also planning on overclocking this cpu so tell, if i did good, or should i change something. So far most people are saying get a GTX 960 instead if a 760. Any suggestions are fine, as long as the total is under 450$, thx for your time <3
Also please don't suggest me an AMD processor, because i want to be able to upgrade to an i5 or an i7 later down the line when i have the money,

Everything looks good, but you didn't put a heat sync with the list. If you're gonna overclock, I highly suggest the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Also, I would suggest getting an SSD later on. You don't need it now.

on a 450 $ budget is no place for an ssd this'll cost a fourth of the whole build and is not necessary for standard users. I didn't add one in my 1000$ build and didn't miss it

Or a GTX 950/960 For the red team R9 270 or lower. I even bought a HD7850 which is no slouch too, $50 in my local classifieds. @ItsDanish

a heat sink is always necessary.  In this case, though, the one that comes in the box should be enough for your cpu.
