Stop watching TV or using electronic devices an hour before bed and you'll be fine. 

Oddly enough I can't fall asleep unless I have a video or music playing from my iPod.

I'm starting to learn to force myself to go to sleep, mainly because if I don't I will be screwed in about a month (college). But yeah, happens to me once in a while. Whenever I'm bored I seem to be tired, except when lying in bed.

i have exploding head syndrome

i dont have this a lot but when it happen its FRIGGEN ANNOYING !!!

 

ahh finally some sleep BANG !!!!! as loud as some one shutting a door as hard as they can

maybe happens once a month

 

+ i can only sleep if i have something turned on or ill keep talking to my self until the sun rises (low volume)

This. Something to do with the light being emited from electronic devices starves your body of some other thing that helps you sleep. Or something. My mums a nurse and explained it to me one time when I wasnt listening properly.
