I preface all of this with the fact that I despise apple to the core for their manufacturing techniques (I'm looking at you, suicide nets installed at factories making iphones in china) and pricing and I do not have an iPhone because i think they're cool but lacking.

 

Apple TV - Best implementation of smart TV IMHO yet. I see this mostly being useful for people like my parents (late 50's-60s) who find it annoying to navigate the menus of their Sony smart tv to get to their favorite shows they watch on hulu plus/netflix. The siri voice implementation is underrated and more useful than apple haters like myself would like to admit.

 

iPhone 6s- touch 3d is something new, 7000 series aluminum is a welcomed sight in comparison to all the beer can metal iphones we've seen thus far. Also iOS seems to be much more refined and consistent in contrast to android. a 12 MP camera is also a notable improvement considering it's gonna have nice low light capabilities. Also, the 5MP front facing camera will be looking good in contrast to some lack luster android cameras. Battery is still shit but apple gives amazing SOT given the batter size.

 

iPad Pro: Given it's performance and Apple reliability, I see the Professional world jumping all over this. Also, the surface pro has shitty battery life in comparison which is the most important part of a mobile device IMHO. Software support will make or break the ipad pro. If business systems build apps for it (I'm looking at you medical, law, and engineering companies), it'll be an incredible hit.

I like what Apple did to the iPhone 6S & 6S Plus, except for the fact that they still kept the 16GB internal storage, especially now that they have 4K video recording.  I pretty much went Darth Vader when I saw that they kept the 16GB.  3D Touch is actually really cool. A glorified right click has finally appeared in mobile!  :D  I hurt my face facepalming when they were talking about 4K video recording like we're some amateur babies or something.  :angry: I can't help but feel impressed with their Retina Flash & Live Photos.  It's a good thing that they didn't create a new social media just for those Live Photos, unlike what HTC did with their Zoe feature, but allow others to add it to their respective social networks. :)

 

For the iPad Pro, I'm mostly disappointed with its software & that ridiculously named Apple Pencil.  For one thing, that Pencil looks nothing like a pencil, & its more of a pen (first world problems  :lol:).  And its software.  Why can't they just make it run OS X apps?!  It's more of a crippled laptop than a tablet.  It's just disappointing.  Besides those 2 complaints, I'm kinda impressed with it in, but I'm not gonna get that, when I can just get a Surface Pro.

 

The Apple TV is a wow for me.  Especially that remote!  :D
